Example of the updated colours.
1st row: corporate colours, 2nd row: more accessible colours
For the redesign, the website design had to be analysed for accessibility and implemented with fewer barriers in some areas. This makes it more user-friendly overall, but it is not officially
accessible in terms of WCAG criteria.
Colours: The defined corporate colours green and blue presented us with a particular challenge, as they do not meet the WCAG criteria (AA).
The colour palette was expanded to include darker tones.
Fonts: Fonts: Small font sizes below 16px and the smallest decorative icons have been adjusted to improve legability and accessibility.

The website was completely revised, updated and migrated to a new CMS.
In addition to editorial content reporting on the foundation’s petitions and campaigns, it also provides general information on animal keeping.
The layout of the home page and subpages was updated and more structured adding new design elements to create a better user experience.
